Our journey began with a desire to equip our own vans with larger tires for off-road capability, only to discover that the market lacked reliable, high-quality options. Determined to create a solution we could trust and use ourselves, we embarked on developing our own lift kits, ensuring they met the highest standards of performance and durability.
The result is are comprehensive lift kits and suspension upgrades, thoughtfully designed and engineered to include all the necessary components, from upgraded shock absorbers to precision hardware, ensuring a smooth, stable ride even in the toughest conditions. Is the lift kit available for other makes and types of vans?
At the moment, the 120/50mm Lift Kit is exclusively available for the 3.5 and 4.2-ton versions of the Mercedes Sprinter W907 RWD, model years 2018 to present.
Can these lift kits also be installed on the W906 (2006-2014 model) Sprinters?
While the kit is 90% compatible, there are some differences, such as the steering shaft. We currently do not supply kits specifically for the W906 models. However, with some modifications, it is possible to adapt the kit for use with W906 Sprinters. Please consult with a professional for installation advice.
What is the maximum wheel size for the 120mm lift kit?
We recommend using a 265/70/17 tire or a similar size. With additional trimming and spacing, it is possible to fit up to 34” wheels. Be sure to consult with a professional for proper installation and to ensure adequate clearance.
If my van is sagging in the rear, will a lift kit help?
To address a sagging rear, we recommend using a rear lift kit or upgrading the springs, depending on the van’s load and weight distribution. This solution will help restore proper height and improve overall stability.
Can I install this kit in my driveway?
We do not recommend installing this kit without prior automotive knowledge and experience. For safety and optimal results, we strongly advise having the installation done by a professional.
My van has bad handling, will this kit help?
Yes, installing our lift kit will significantly improve your van’s handling. You can expect better stability, reduced body roll, and improved cornering performance.
