Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Time
Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. A notification email will be sent when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup. For backordered products, email us for more information on delivery time.
Parcel or Freight
Shipping method (pallet or parcel) depends on the product or order size. Some products are only shipped by pallet, and if your order includes such a product, the pallet shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout. Parcel shipping costs are calculated per product, as many are large and cannot be combined into one parcel. For large parcel-only orders, we may still ship via pallet for efficiency. You can find shipping type details (pallet, parcel, or pickup only) under ‘Additional Information’ on each product page.
EU Shipping
We ship within the EU. If you need shipping outside the EU or to a location not listed on the webshop, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Local Pickup
You can opt for free local pickup at our warehouse located at Leemskuilen 15, 5563CL, Westerhoven, The Netherlands. Pickup is by appointment only. After placing your order and selecting local pickup, your order will be ready (if all items are in stock) within 5 business days. For orders with backordered items, contact us if you prefer to pick up the available products in stock.
Shipping Status
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email from our shipping partner. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 days of receiving the order confirmation email, contact us at info@elevatevans.com with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving or picking up the package. Products must be returned in like-new condition. If a return is due to an error or manufacturing defect, Elevate Vans B.V. will cover return shipping costs. Returns are not accepted for products that have been drilled or modified, such as Cargo Boxes with mounting holes. For authorized returns outside of manufacturing defects, shipping, insurance, and packaging costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed once the product is received back at Elevate Vans B.V. in like-new condition.
Before returning a product, please email info@elevatevans.com for a return authorization. Any modifications made to a vehicle for mounting or using Elevate Vans B.V. products or third-party products are the owner’s responsibility. Elevate Vans B.V. will not be liable for refunds, repairs, or any remedy for vehicles modified in the event of a product return.
